SHIPPING: UPS ground shipping is free of charge to any U.S. mainland destination. We offer special reduced rate shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally, via the US Postal Service as well as express shipping via FedEx. Please contact us for information on these shipping rates.
In-stock orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. Items that are not in-stock will require a two to four week lead time for crafting. We will email your shipping tracking number the day we ship to you so that you can monitor delivery of your package.
Custom orders will have a lead time determined by the item ordered, and we will advise you of that before you place your order. Your custom item will be shipped within 24 hours of its completion.
We process orders during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We do not process orders on weekends or on legal holidays.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: If your item arrives damaged, please contact customer service for assistance at 800-383-8190. We will get a replacement to you right away, and we will file a damage claim with the shipping service. Please keep all packing materials, as they will be needed for our damage claim.
